Gents Eterna-Matic Centenaire “61” wrist watch, 1964.

The watch has an automatic movement, 1498U, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number dates it back to 1964.

The watch measures 34.5mm diameter excluding the lugs. The case is stainless steel and overall the condition is good, just the odd small mark but nothing too serious. The inside of the screw-on case back is signed Eterna Watch Co.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with dauphine shaped hands, centre seconds and quickset date (initially set by repeatedly pulling the crown).

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
