Mahogany Pembroke Sofa Table C.1820.

Description

Early 19th.c. mahogany Pembroke style sofa table c.1820. Solid mahogany top with two folding leaves over a single oak lined drawer in one end (a matching dummy drawer front in the other end). Raised on a crisply turned column and shaped plinth with outswept legs ending brass claw feet and castors. One replacement brass knob (to the dummy drawer front) and some earlier repairs to the plinth. Otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshop.
