In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The inside of the spoons are gilded to prevent wear or corrosion from the salt. The handles are engraved with the Peter's Family Crest.

The spoons are fully hallmarked for John Stone, Exeter, 1840.
They are in excellent condition with clear hallmarks. There are no damages and they display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and surface marks but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use or display.
