Pair of Antique Silver Ladles

London, 1839

A fine example of a pair of early solid Sterling Silver ladles. They are good quality, weighing approximately 153g and measuring approximately 7" (18cm) long. The ends of the handles are engraved with the Family Crest of the Peter family.

They are fully hallmarked for Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater, London, 1839.

They are in excellent condition with clear hallmarks. There are no damages and they display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and surface marks but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use or display.
