Large Deep Scottish Silver Quaich – Glasgow 1916

1900 - 1920
Description

This superb SCOTTISH SILVER QUAICH was made by R&W Sorley of Glasgow in 1916.

Of plain form and free from any added inscriptions, initials etc., this stunning Silver Quaich has a deep bowl and two applied ring handles.

In excellent condition despite being over 100 years old, this lovely Quaich could be used as intended or would add to any silver collection.

Condition:

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

One slight ding to the side – nothing much but mentioned for accuracy.

Some pitting to the bowl due to use.

Dimensions:

Diameter – 4.5” (114mm) / Width – 6.75” (170mm) / Height – 3.0” (75mm)

Weight – 241gm / 7.75ozt
