Description

Gents 1950s Capital wrist watch from Benrus.

The watch has a hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 34.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated and is in good condition. The screw-on case back is stainless steel.

The lens is in good condition.

The two tone dial is signed Capital... the brand name Capital was registered by several companies but we believe this particular watch to be from Benrus who registered the name in 1955. The dial is in good original condition with original dauphine shaped hands, a centre seconds hand and minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
