They are an original set but have slight differences in the turning on the legs and back rails. They have a wonderful patina
The chairs are a good size and are comfortable to sit in. The seat is 17 1/2" (45cm) high, 15 1/2" (39cm) deep and 18 1/2" (47cm) wide. The chair itself is 33" (83cm) high.
They are in very good condition with a lovely patina. The chairs are firm and comfortable and the joints are strong. There are a few knocks and light scuffs around the legs and some minor age-related marks here and there but nothing detrimental. They have been re-rushed at some point and the seats are in very god order. They have had some restoration carried out at some point and there are some small old repairs here and there including the bottom part of one leg being repaired. A few of the chairs also have some old woodworm holes which have been treated as a precaution and haven't affected the chairs structurally or aestheticaly. They have all been cleaned and lightly polished and they are a good sturdy set of chairs, ready for use.
