Description

White gold filled Elgin pocket watch, 1928.

The watch has a handsomely patterned stem-winding movement, grade 303, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 30,508,177 dates it back to 1928.

The watch measures 42mm wide and 42mm high excluding the stem and the loop. The case is 14k white gold plate and it has very attractive detailing, and it is in very nice condition. There is a vacant cartouche to the back of the watch.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There is some age related darkening to the dial but still easy to read the time.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
