Description

Fine early 19th.c. mahogany side table or writing desk c.1820. 39" x 20" top with a broad crossbanded border and shaped and crossbanded edge over three drawers. The slimmer central drawer creating a kneehole allowing the table to be sat at and used as a writing or dressing table perhaps. Raised on long and crisply turned legs front and rear. Moulded detail to the edges of the drawers, original turned and ebonised knobs, mahogany drawer linings. Polished on all sides. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
