A small and very pretty clock of gilt brass in stunning condition.
The pendulum can be glimpsed swinging within the case through the front windows. The modelling is fine and sharp and the original gilding is in lovely clean and bright condition with very little wear - this is a very good quality clock.

The dial is superb and is gilded brass modelled in the shape of a rose window. The dial is mounted with 12 individual enamel cartouche letters and fitted with the original brass hands.
Antique French movement runs for 8 days on one wind and strikes half-hourly on a bell. It has been fully restored in our workshop and is on excellent clean and running condition. The pendulum is a original. Click the video clip below to see and hear the movement working!

Condition of the case is excellent with a bright and clean original gilding, there is some slight wear and discolouration. The dial is also in excellent condition with just some very small nibbles to the edges of the cartouches.

Complete with original pendulum, bell and a suitable key. Full setting up instructions supplied if required.
