Gents 9ct gold wrist watch, 1929.

The watch has a good quality 15-jewel movement, with three adjustments, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 25mm wide excluding the winding crown and 29mm high excluding the fixed wire lugs... it would suit a man with a slimmer wrist. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the hinged case back for Chester 1929 with a case maker's mark for George Stoll of the British watch case maker Stolkace. The case is in good condition just a little marking to the back but nothing serious at all.

The watch has its original slightly convex lens, there is marking but you have to look quite closely to see it.

The dial is in lovely condition and has a subtle textured pattern. Breguet style hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an inner minute track.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
