A good quality Sheraton Revival mahogany and inlaid Edwardian bookcase. The attractive cornice having a swan neck pediment inlaid with satinwood, boxwood and stained wood. The cornice continues with an inlaid and box wood strung frieze above the 2 glazed doors each having 13 pane astragals and brass closing strip. The interior with 3 adjustable mahogany faced shelves and working lock with keys. The lower section having a satinwood inlaid top above the 2 panelled doors each having satinwood banding between boxwood and ebony lines, the frames with further boxwood stinging and the whole raised on off set shaped bracket feet.
