The covers with finials in the form of a bird eating a berry, whilst perched top a branch.
The vases of octagonal baluster shape, decorated with scenes of a crane, standing in a stream, reaching up to snap at insects flying above. The banks of the stream filled with flowers and shrubs. The scene held within raised relief reserves. The rear of the vases and covers with sprig decoration. The undersides with makers mark.

Height 17 inches, 43 cm.
Width 7 inches, 18 cm.
Depth 5 ½ inches, 14cm.
The condition is good and original throughout, save one cover, which has had somewhat discoloured restoration to the rim.
