Description

A fine and unusual pair of satinwood and painted display cabinets with inlaid rosewood banding between ebony and boxwood stringing. Bow fronted glazed central doors with quarter veneered side doors with hand painted baskets of flowers and ribbons within oval chevron borders.Original brass escutcheons with oval drop handles. The tops with shaped up-stands and swan neck pediments with further hand painted floral decoration. Each cabinet standing on 8 square tapered legs with spade feet and joined by an under tier with arched up-stands. Original linings. In fine condition,with keys. Last picture shows all 4 side doors More picts available on request. Sizes- Maximum Height 68.75''..174cm.(inc. 7.25''..18cm. up-stand) Width.48''..122cm. Max. Depth16.25''..41cm.
