Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the Regency era.
It is supported on a carved and turned solid rosewood column which leads to a pretty gadrooned "collar" and the triform base, also beaded, with beautifully carved "??Rigby"?? feet and castors. A lovely quality table, typical of the ouput from this famous firm of Lancaster cabinetmakers. 21ins diameter; 29ins high.
