Description

A burr walnut & marquetry inlaid Victorian Period antique open bookcase. Having a rectangular top veneered in burr walnut above a floral marquetry inlaid frieze which has a chequer band inlaid border above three shelves, two of them are adjustable. The bookcase also having burr walnut ends and is lined in watermarked silk, flanked by ormolu mounted pilasters with further fine marquetry inlay also repeated on the plinth base.

Dimensions: 41" wide x 12.5" deep x 43" high

Condition: This bookcase is in superb condition
