Description

Gents Bulova wrist watch, 1937.

The watch has a 21 jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the date code dates it back to 1937. In this particular case, the movement is held in place by the shaped case so retaining screws are not required, hence the holes in the movement.

The watch measures 25mm wide excluding the winding crown and 25mm high excluding the lugs. The case is rolled gold and it is in nice condition, the detailing and shaped lugs make it a very handsome piece. The case back is stainless steel.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with paste stones as number markers. There is a little darkening to the dial finish but it is still easy to read the time.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
