Description

A burr walnut & walnut Victorian Period antique chess table. Having a shaped top veneered in richly figured burr walnut with tulipwood and satinwood inset chess board. The top has twin drop leaves and concealed drawers for storage of chess/draughts pieces. Supported on a spiral twist column with carved cabriole supports and pad feet. English circa 1880

Dimensions: 24" wide x 20" deep x 28" high opened (7" deep closed)

Condition: This table is in superb condition, cleaned and waxed
