A rare find, this late Victorian pen nib wipe was cast in the form of a Lobster, beautifully executed and lovely quality.

The head lifts to reveal the natural bristle within used to clean the nib of a traditional dip pen, removing excess ink.

Dating to c.1880 in excellent condition measuring 6 1/2" x 4" x 2 1/2" tall.
