Gorgeous Edwardian Silver Vases, Birmingham 1904

Description

A gorgeous pair of English Edwardian silver vases with pierced and engraved decoration, vacant cartouches and removable blue glass liners. Hallmarked Birmingham 1904 and marked 'CS star FS' for the maker Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings -Frank- Shepherd.

Measurements:

Height: 5 1/2" (approx 13.75cm)

Diameter across top : 2 1/4" (approx 5.5cm)

Diameter across base: 2" (approx 5cm)

Silver weight: 223g (approx 7.2 troy ounces)

Total weight: 403g

In good condition -any dark areas are shadows from the photography, there is no damage to the silver and no chips or cracks to glass.
