A rare English Victorian cased provincial silver cream ladle and sugar sifter in the fiddle pattern with original gilding to bowls and bright cut engraved decoration to the handles. Presented in original velvet and silk lined box and hallmarked Exeter 1875 with the makers mark 'J.W & Co' for the maker Josiah Williams & Co, England.
