The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch is a good wearable size at 25mm wide excluding the winding crown and 32mm high excluding the lugs. The curvex case is stainless steel and it has the rare stepped front which is a charming feature, and an excellent sign of quality.

The curved lens has very minor marking, and is very acceptable.
The dial is in its original finish with original blued steel hands, a square subsidiary seconds dial which is dipped at the top to allow for the curve of the dial, and an inner minute track.
A later leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a vintage presentation box.
