Scottish Sheraton Mahogany Standing Corner Cabinet. Circa 1795

Fine Scottish George III Sheraton mahogany and boxwood line inlaid standing corner cabinet in two parts. The top with striking astrigal glazed door enclosing fixed shelves. The two door base with finely figured panels enclosing two fixed shelves. All in fine original condition with just a few minor veneer repairs. Wonderful rich colour with fine waxed patina. This type with the distinctive glazed door come from the Falkirk area.
Size; 87" high, 24" back corner to side.
