Hand of Glory has dated this piece to the Victorian era.

This is a very useful size and could be used as an occasional drawing room chair or a for a bedroom.
N.B. Cope & Collinson castors were typically used on very good quality furniture of the period.
The chair is structurally in very good order, the seat and springs are good. The fabric is grubby and has a few marks in places - I have not attempted to clean it.
75cm high, the seat measures 57cm wide at the front, 49cm deep and 28cm high.
