Made from solid English Oak and polished brass, this desk-top paper / letter clip incorporates a horseshoe shaped perpetual calendar with the brass knobs to either side used to forward and return the day, date and month, the rollers behind glass.

The sprung hinge is used to open the clip up to store papers, letters or perhaps business cards.
Late, Victorian in era, dating to c.1900. Excellent condition and ready to adorn the finest of desks. 6 1/2" x 4 3/4" x 1 3/4".
