Description

Gents 1960s Seiko Sportsmatic wrist watch.

The watch has a calibre 2451 fully automatic movement, signed Seikosha Sportsmatic, which is working nicely.

The watch is a good size at 36mm diameter excluding the crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated. The front looks good to the naked eye, just a little rubbing to the lug tips. The back of the watch has more wear.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish and it has a great look with the dial divided into sections, like a cake. Original dauphine shaped hands, centre seconds and outer minute markers. If viewed through a magnifier, there is a little marking around the perimeter of the dial.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
