The watch has a stem-winding movement, Seaside grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 11,227,479 dates it back to 1902. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 41mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop, so smaller than a standard 50mm pocket watch. The case is 14ct gold plated and it is in lovely condition and the engine turned detail still has good definition. There is a small central lens which is surrounded by blue enamel filled Roman numerals.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside the watch glass is in good condition.

The signed dial has a short hairline crack to the left of the sub seconds dial but it is faint. Blued steel hands including the special half hunter hour hand so the time can be read when the front cover is closed.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
