Fine Scottish Georgian oak longcase or grandfather clock with eight day striking movement by William Law of Kirkcudbright. The oak case with long door and side quarter columns and swan neck cornice is in fine original condition except old replacement feet. The well painted dial in perfect condition and the movement has been recently overhauled and is in full working order. The case is fine mellow colour with great waxed patina. Comes with all keys.
Size: 89" high overall, 20" wide at hood, 9.5" deep at hood. 13" dial.
