A George I style gesso wall mirror dating from the 19th century. Featuring a rich two-tone gilding which adds a great sense of depth to the framework of the mirror. This mirror demonstrates stylised foliage and scrollwork with shaped scrolling aprons and drapery swags to either side of the mirror framing the mirror glass. The mirror plate has been at some point been replaced and is in good condition showing very minimal signs of age and foxing.
