Antique Victorian Mahogany Two Drawer Writing Desk

Description

A superb late 19th Century library writing table made of mahogany set on turned and reeded legs terminating in brass castors. It has two drawers, each with their original turned knobs and there is an inset tooled green leather writing surface on the top of the desk.

The desk is in very good condition. It is generally clean and tidy throughout and the leather surface is in good condition. The drawers open well and the desk moves well on its castors. There are normal signs of light wear and age but nothing detrimental and the desk displays beautifully and is ready for use.
