An Edwardian Silver Mounted 'Heart' Finial Preserve Jar & Spoon

A charming silver lidded Edwardian preserve jar with silver spoon. The body has a gently wrythen form with a lower panel of cut strawberry diamonds and the base is cut with a multi point star.The lid is fully hallmarked with an unusual heart shaped handle. The silver spoon is also hallmarked and by the same maker, completing the set as a practical and decorative item. Dimensions below.
