Pair Large Adams Style Side Cabinets C.1900.

Description

Extraordinary pair of large Adams style pedestal side cabinets c.1900. Standing 53" tall, a true pair with left and right hand opening doors, designed to stand either side of a doorway or window. Superior quality in solid mahogany with vintage overpainting in white, now nicely worn with age. Of tapering form with superb carved detail and raised on large carved acanthus leaf feet front and rear. With a single drawer to each, the right hand cabinet being fitted for bottles. Excellent unrestored condition.
