Description

Moorcroft pottery ‘Kylix’ shaped bowl, c. 1915. The twin handled bowl, set upon a spreading pedestal foot. Tube line decorated, with the ‘Pomegranite’ pattern, on an ochre ground. The exterior with bands of grapes, to the bowl, and the foot.

‘W. Moorcroft’ signature in green to the base, along with impressed ‘Moorcroft, Burslem, England’, and ‘M 57’.

Height - 13 cm, 5 1/8”.

Width - 23 cm, 9”.

Condition - Perfect. No damage. No restoration.
