Description

Unusual late 19th.c. walnut hat and coat stand c.1890. Fabulous turned walnut column with a revolving crown of six large metal double hooks for hats and coats over a second tier (also revolving) of smaller hooks for children’s coats and a cast iron hoop for sticks and umbrellas. Raised on a heavy cast iron drip tray base with splayed legs featuring neat little paw feet. Excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
