The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are Continental hallmarks inside the inner cover and next to the movement opening.

The back of the watch has repoussé work to the hinged back with an image of Christ. The religious theme is echoed in the loop which has an ecclesiastical trefoil design.
The acrylic lens is in good condition.

The dial has a military appearance, typical of the design seen during the first World War, and it has an inner 24 hour dial. It is in good condition, just one short faint hairline right at the top. The painted detail has been removed from the hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
