Art Nouveau Antique Silver Aide Memoire 1902

A stunning EDWARDIAN ANTIQUE SILVER AIDE MEMOIRE made by the well-known and sought after silversmith Henry Matthews.

Of rectangular form with scroll decorated edges to back and front, this fabulous Aide Memoire has a central decoration to the front of a woman with flowers in her hair inside a raised cartouche. Both front and back have a blank scroll edged cartouche.

The case is opened using the button catch to the side and inside the original green silk lined dividers and note sheet are still present and in superb condition.

This outstanding Art Nouveau Aide Memoire is of the right size to be used with today's business or credit cards and is free from any added engravings, monograms or initials.

In excellent condition with no holes, splits or dents to the corners etc. this unusual Silver Aide Memoire is a real collector’s antique and would enhance any collection.
