Description

Imposing William IV mahogany pedestal sideboard c.1830. Just over seven feet long, the inverted breakfront top with raised rear and crossbanded edges over three drawers. Raised on twin cupboard pedestals each fitted with a single shelf inside. Superb mahogany veneers, shaped drawer fronts with carved roundels at the ends, cushion door panels flanked with crisply carved scrolling acanthus leaf pilasters in solid mahogany. Solid mahogany sides and oak drawer linings. Minor wear to the top, otherwise excellent condition and particularly good original colour. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops, keys supplied.
