Turn and open the top to make a games table for four people with a green baize playing surface for cards. Mahogany lined recess below the folding leaf with space for game pieces, stationery etc. On a shapely base with burr walnut veneered apron and legs with rosewood crossbanding to the chamfered inner edges. Slim cabriole legs with superb gilded brass mounts extending all the way to the feet. Obvious wear to the baize which could be replaced if preferred. Repairs to the back corners of the top, otherwise excellent colour and condition. Fitted with a new leather skiver, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
