In the Louis XVth style and decorated with hand painted scenes in the manner of Vernis Martin and embellished with crisply cast ormolu mounts. The glazed top with a single opening door fitted with a concave pane of glass. It opens to access a shelved and lined interior. The bureau section is of bombe form with a fall that opens to reveal a fitted interior. This ornate and rare bureau bookcase is offered for sale in excellent condition , ready to go straight into the home.
