Description

This is a stunning piece of furniture.

The proportion of the piece is unusually wide.

It has all of its original gilded brass handles, escutcheons and mounts which are beautifully cast.

It is made of Walnut which has a beautiful faded colour and patina.

One drawer is a fitted secretaire with four internal drawers and a writing rest.

One of the finest I have seen and must have graced an elegant home in its day.
