The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and is in good condition, just light surface marks but nothing serious at all.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.
The dial is signed Verdun and it is in lovely condition, just a short faint hairline crack on number 5.
Verdun is a French cathedral town on the river Meuse and in the first World War it was the site of one of history's longest and deadliest battles.
The watch comes with a short nickel chain, 20cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
