A Rare Edwardian Silver Double Magnifying Glass

A rare example of usable silver, dating from the elegant Edwardian period. This is a delightful pair of magnifying glasses, with a hallmarked frame and rims. The glasses retract inside the frame when not in use and it is supplied with a felt pouch. Antique magnifying glasses are difficult to find and a double example is extremely rare. A lovely gift idea, this is a practical and decorative item. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no breaks or splits. There are some small scuffs on the glass, commensurate with age and use.
