A Georgian ring that is as much a piece of history as it is an item of jewellery. At the centre is a long, lozenge shaped topaz in a closed-back setting that displays a soft purplish pink hue, surrounded by twenty-six rose cut diamonds in cut-down settings in dark, oxidised silver. The stylish crossover shoulders lead to a slim gold shank. A stunning ring with a gorgeous patina.
Cut Cushion cut topaz and rose cut diamonds.
Clarity The topaz is clean to the naked eye. The diamonds are SI1 to SI2; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat The topaz is approximately 2.25 carat, with an approximate diamond weight of 0.13 carat.
Circa 1830.
Condition The tarnishing (which we love!) can be polished away if you would prefer.
Size N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements The head of the ring is 13.7 x 9.2mm. Sits 5.3mm from the finger.
Metal 9k gold and silver. Tested.
