Rare Edwardian Silver Toast Rack (4 Slice) 1902

Description

This unusual and rare ANTIQUE SILVER TOAST RACK was made by the well-known and sought after silversmiths of Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. Ltd. in 1902.

This elegant Silver Toast Rack comes complete with a detachable crumb tray. The tray is of beautiful form and stands on four scroll feet and is of oval shape with crimped edges.

The rack itself has five delightful heart-shaped dividers resulting in four toast sections and the central divider has a shaped handle on the top.

This unusual Toast Rack is in almost unused condition with very crisp hallmarks and very little sign of use or wear. With no added engravings, monograms or initials, this superb antique would look fabulous on any table or would enhance any Silver collection.

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.
