Description

Superb pair of English Regency mahogany pedestal cabinets c.1820. Just 20" wide, each cabinet has a large drawer over a cupboard fitted with a single shelf. A true pair with left and right hand opening doors. Unusual shaped upstands with lovely carved detail, particularly well figured flame mahogany veneers to the fronts with raised mouldings and crossbanded edges. Flanked with twist carved column uprights and raised on turned and reeded bun feet. Solid mahogany sides. Repairs to one side of each cabinet, otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Keys supplied.
