A gorgeous example of Georgian silver sewing ware. This is a wonderful filigree silver sewing case in the form of a book. The exterior has the most exquisite decoration, a shaped clasp holds the case shut and the pages are of felt for the needles. A delightful, rare and practical piece for the collector. Dimensions below.
