Very stylish 1930's Art Deco porcelain powder bowl in the form of a 1920's flapper girl with fan. Beautifully painted facial features with a striking black bob hair cut. Although we bought this in France we believe it to be German in origin. Moulded numbers underneath the base and a paintress mark inside the top half of the lid. Condition is excellent and free from damage or restoration. There is the odd blemish from the firing original to the piece but not anything noteworthy.

This is a lovely piece either for the collector or for someone with discerning taste with multiple uses aside from it's original intent.
