Antique French Gilt Metal Lamp

1920 - 1940
Description

Antique gilt metal & brass floor lamp in good condition with two lights attached. In the images, it looks like there is some polished wood along with the metal, but it actually is all metal, including the round base & the round piece above the switch which is coloured metal. This lamp stand is crying out for a nice shade to hang down over the two branches. The top piece will unscrew & screw down on the shade top to hold it in place. You can buy these shades new with the fittings attached. We think it’s French & date it to around the 1930’s period.
