19th Century French Vineyard Wine Table From Chateau Laroge, Saint Emilion

This is an old wooden painted table, is painted with the coat of Arms of the Chateau Laroge, St Emillion and would have been used in the Chateau as a serving table for formal wine tastings etc.

The painted finish is in fair condition, I understand that armorial items like these were kept looking good by regular repainting, a very rare and interesting piece from the Bordeaux region

The table can be shown to its best advantage tipped up or laid flat to be used as a wine table

The table is 44” tall, when tipped up 40” in diameter and 27” high when laid flat
