Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Regency era.
They stand on turned, acanthus carved front legs and have sabre legs to the rear. The drop in seats have been newly upholstered in a good quality fabric. In beautifully figured rosewood with beautiful figuring and warm patina, solid and sturdy, would make a wonderful set of dining chairs.

Good colour and patina. Solid and sturdy. Wear and marks commensurate with age. Newly reupholstered. Some old mends to the backs of the top rails of some of the chairs and an old well executed repair to the leg of one chair (see photo), all solid and sturdy.
